OK, listen to this track in a dark room and shut your eyes….then right at he part where the Seamstress appears open them! It freaks me out everytime and I love it! :D My favorite of the suspenceful tracks in this epic movie.

@DAYSandMONTHS I totally agree dude. The plot definitely needed some work, but still i loves it very much :D I wonder is Shane Acker will ever come out with another film.

The sequel for 9 will have to come out on 12/12/12, with new dolls (the first being 12, since 10 and 11 were failed creations.) Then they do stuff together, probably one of the new dolls becomes evil and replaces Fab Mac.

The Seamstress gives me the creeps! I pretty much looked like this when I was watching this part in the movie… 8O I felt kind of bad for 1 after this scene because he loked so afraid when 8 was taken :(

Tim Burton and Danny Elfman are like Peanut Butter and Jelly. :)
Shane Acker can be the butter knife.

@DamnYouAllToTheAbyss I love his visual style the overall creativity in his setting and character designs, but his narrative skills need some big improvements. 9 had everything going for it except for a thin plot and flat dialogue; if the plot wasn’t so linear (and if this 30-40 mins longer) then it could have become something truly great.

Then again, I’m sure Acker probably had bigger plans for this film anyway, but couldn’t do them because of budget, time and content costs.

@Deltaxangon22 Except this isn’t Tim Burton, this is Shane Acker. Burton merely produced it. Acker came up with the story, premise, plot, characters, design, setting, etc. He directed the whole thing.
